Mr. Frawley's consulting experience has included designing and delivering a CEO selection process for a large national retail organization and leading a large scale assessment and leadership development initiative for a global financial services client.
As part of an organizational transformation initiative, Mr. Frawley delivered assessments and executive coaching to senior leaders at a global pharmaceutical company. He led a senior leadership team at a global food services company through a major transition assisting them in clarifying strategic priorities and team norms.
Mr. Frawley's focus is on leadership development and team effectiveness. He is a skilled assessor and has designed and delivered executive assessment initiatives at all levels and across multiple geographies and business sectors. He has a particular focus on helping senior leaders effectively manage through transition and organizational change.
Mr. Frawley has consulted in the areas of executive and management coaching, executive assessment, team building and strategy development. He has led CEO succession projects and has designed and delivered leadership development programs in support of large scale organizational transformation initiatives.
Mr. Frawley holds a bachelors and masters from Assumption College. He received his masters from Washington Theological Union and psychology doctorate. from George Washington University. He is a member of the American Psychological Association.
