In her role as an engagement manager, Brittany ensures Korn Ferry’s internal teams (project managers, instructional designers, facilitators, coaches, account leaders, and other subject matter experts) are aligned in order to deliver exceptional work to the clients she has the privilege to serve. With her collaborative and inclusive approach, she is adept at synthesizing ideas and concepts to create a shared understanding.
Brittany is agile when working with others, leaning into curiosity and active listening while eager to take on new challenges. She strives for excellence through clear communication, organization and process improvement. Brittany is an enthusiastic, action-oriented leader who is dedicated to providing clients with innovative solutions to their organizational needs.
Prior to joining the firm, Brittany was a Program Manager and Consultant for a Fortune 5 healthcare organization. She designed a global leadership development program and delivered virtually to 6,500+ high-potential employees. She also fostered the organization’s culture through interactive in-person workshops for 9,000+ senior leaders.
Other past roles were focused in learning and development, talent acquisition, and training at other Twin Cities, Minnesota companies.
Brittany values a growth mindset and is most energized when contributing to the development of others, in big ways and small.
Brittany holds a Master of Education degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College.
