Ms. Swain brings more than a decade of experience dedicated to leadership and talent consulting for local and global organizations. She works with clients to translate strategic talent objectives into actionable initiatives and with individual leaders to help them be more effective and prepare them for future roles.
Ms. Swain supports clients with the identification and development of leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline and integrates a range of assessment data. This provides individual and organizational insights, supports talent management decisions, and informs leadership development to ensure the best return on investment for the organization.
Ms. Swain works with clients in a variety of industries, with a primary focus in life sciences, healthcare, financial services and retail. Her expertise includes assessment for development and selection, training curriculum design and facilitation, leadership development (both individual coaching and for facilitated groups), top team performance, organizational effectiveness, competency model development, and succession planning.
Prior to joining Hay Group's consulting practice in 2010, Ms. Swain spent four years as an internal human resource business partner focused on recruitment, compensation, benefits and assessment.
Ms. Swain is a graduate of Villanova University with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in human resource development. She also holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
