Bryan Ackermann

Mr. Ackermann brings over thirty-five years of experience to the firm. He leads enterprise AI strategy, AI product commercialization, and responsible AI governance, reporting directly to the Chief Corporate Officer. He brings an intersection of deep AI/technology expertise and human capital insight: the ability to help navigate AI governance, emerging technology risk, and the strategic workforce implications of artificial intelligence.

Prior to this role, he led the solution areas providing individual insight via assessments and multi-raters; and all leadership and professional development for Korn Ferry’s Consulting and Digital lines of business.

He was also the Chief Information Officer of Korn Ferry, responsible both for the corporate enterprise as well as client facing technology teams.

Prior to Korn Ferry. Mr. Ackermann was the Chief Information Officer of Adecco, North America. Prior to Adecco, Bryan was at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and IBM and as director for IBM's Center for Business Optimization offering and has considerable experience as an IT consultant. He has significant expertise in the management of large global systems implementations.

He has overseen global systems, infrastructure, information security and business intelligence capabilities. He is also responsible for exploring new and emerging technologies that will serve as the platform of the future for Korn Ferry and the services provided to clients.

Mr. Ackermann has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Michigan State University and completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and INSEAD in France.
