Over the years, Carolina has developed strong relationship with leading organizations across Latin America region.

The professional joined Korn Ferry in 2015, to support the practice development within the region. At Korn Ferry Professional Search, she is a Sector Leader, leading the Industrial and Agribusiness markets.

Carolina brings over ten years of senior level recruitment experience with large national and international organizations. 

She has successfully completed high-level searches for a diverse range of clients and sectors, including FMCG, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Process, Agribusiness, Automotive and Infrastructure.

Before becoming a Consultant, Carolina had previous experience working with Sales, Supply Chain and Procurement, which allowed her to build a holistic understanding of the business. This means that she is able to provide clients a unique sight of the market and the talent pools.

Carolina's track record of developing key relationships at a senior level coupled with her background in executive search, enables her to guarantee delivery on all the projects she takes on.

Carolina holds a Bachelor International Business Administration degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a Specialization in Business Logistics from Fundação Getulio Vargas, FGV/SP.

She is native in Portuguese and  fluent  in English.
