Caroline is a highly experienced organisational strategist who leads large scale transformations. She has an in depth understanding of how to operationalise organisational strategy, drive outcomes and support the development of individuals and teams.

Caroline has more than 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across transformation (enterprise level), organisational design, change management, talent and workforce transitions, and strategic workforce planning.

With ASX industry experience across Australia and leading professional firms in the UK, Caroline has worked across mining and resources, utilities, construction, transport and infrastructure, and healthcare. 

Caroline has led large scale organisational transformations that have impacted over 40,000 people across 5 countries delivering significant cost savings while focusing on employee engagement and performance.

With extensive experience in organisational effectiveness and efficiency, Caroline aligns leadership teams to bring clarity on purpose to enable people to prioritise the right things to deliver outstanding results.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business from the  Queensland University of Technology and a Diploma in Executive Coaching from Australian Institute of Professional Coaches.
