Chad has a wide range of experience in all areas of executive pay and governance, leading and supporting client engagements with Compensation Committees and Management.
Throughout his professional career, Chad has worked with many clients in a diverse array of industries, particularly those in the consumer, service, retail, restaurant, and hospitality spaces. In addition, Chad has worked with clients across various organization structures, including publicly-traded, privately-owned, PE-backed, controlled, not-for-profit, and through corporate transactions such as IPOs, bankruptcies, and spin-offs.
His expertise has been in leading analytical projects to measure the overall competitiveness of pay levels and design of compensation programs. Chad has broad knowledge of the measurement and analysis of total compensation, working with both public disclosures and various survey sources.
Chad holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Chad was an advisor and industry expert in a leading global advisory firm.
