Associate Client Partner, North America

Chuck Knowles is an Associate Client Partner for Korn Ferry's Digital Enterprise team. He works with many of the firms largest and most strategic clients to enable business strategy execution through talent and technology solutions.

Mr. Knowles has over 20 years of experience in talent consulting and leading client relationships. He is recognized for partnering with colleagues and clients to bring the right solutions, leveraging intellectual property, tools and services to drive business success, define what great talent looks like, and assess/develop/select top talent.

Mr. Knowles' role spans the breadth of Korn Ferry's five solution areas and all of the Digital solutions that support them. This spans talent acquisition, talent management, rewards and benefits, talent architecture, succession and assessment, workforce planning, sales and leadership development, among other areas.

He works with clients across many industries including consumer goods, aerospace/defense, life sciences, healthcare, financial services, non-profit/NGO and government, among others.

Mr. Knowles was an Enterprise Executive for a leading federal government contractor with a focus on leadership and talent enablement. Earlier he was an SVP and group leader for a talent consulting practice in the Mid-Atlantic region for a leading outplacement and careers services firm. He was also a client director for one of the worlds most respected sales consulting and training companies, with other roles with a leadership development firm and with an HR consulting firm.

Mr. Knowles has a B.S. in Economic from the University of Utah, with an emphasis in political science and applied economics. He is certified in competency frameworks,  executive coaching methodologies, leadership and sales programs, and most Korn Ferry assessments. He speaks French at the conversant level having lived in France for two years as a volunteer representative.
