His primary areas of focus are in agrichemicals, seeds, precision agriculture, farm management, food production, and other related industries. He is currently based in Boise, Idaho.

Chase came to Boise in 1991 when his father worked for Ore-Ida for several years in sales.  Following his Idaho roots and his father’s footsteps, Chase landed at another potato company, J.R. Simplot, leading a portion of the talent acquisition team across Simplot’s diversified portfolio.

While at Simplot, Chase led talent initiatives in recruitment across all functions, global system implementations, and large-scale recruitment projects (plant expansions, seasonal recruitment, etc.).  During his time at Simplot, Chase’s recruitment efforts focused on sales, marketing, operations, finance, IT, HR, and others.

Prior to Simplot, Chase was with General Electric supporting manufacturing operations as an HR Generalist in their Power division in Bangor, ME and Schenectady, NY.

Chase holds a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Brigham Young University.
