In her position she leverages mid to high level recruitment solutions for finance and accounting hiring initiatives nationwide within the Lifesciences, Manufacturing, and CPG industries.

She provides quality partnership with her clients by cultivating productive and meaningful relationships to understand their business operations, organizational needs, and the core competencies essential for a successful hire. She empowers her clients to collaborate and maintains close engagement- aiming to advise and connect them with the right industry leaders to support their teams through their growth and strategic initiatives.

Chelsea has spent over 5 years in the recruitment space. She started her career as a staffing manager for one of the largest staffing firms in the U.S. and focused in contract and contract-to-hire accounting positions throughout southern California.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Chelsea served as the Finance and Accounting Search Lead for a boutique executive search firm where she was the functional leader and led them through their company’s expansion by executing numerous CFO, Controller, Accounting Manager and staff level searches with publicly-traded, private equity-backed and family-owned business clients in Orange County and Los Angeles.

Chelsea graduated Cum Laude ranking with Chapman University where she obtains her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Organizational Leadership. She was member of Lambda Pi Eta, Chapman’s Honors society, and competed as a NCAA divisional III water polo athlete.

Chelsea currently resides in Newport Beach, California where she enjoys collaborating with growing organizations in Orange County and Los Angeles and fosters hight touch relationships with a network of Finance and Accounting leaders throughout the nation.
