Chip Bowen

Principal, Diversified Manufacturing

Chip Bowen is a Principal for Korn Ferry in the Industrial Markets Practice based out of Denver, CO. 

Chip focuses on the Diversified Manufacturing space (Construction, Plastics, Composites, Medical, Metals, Vehicle, Aircraft, Energy and Industrial Services), including publicly traded, privately held, and private equity (PE) clients. He has the expertise leading engagements across all leadership functions to include Commercial and Operations roles. 

Chip is passionate about helping clients secure the right leadership talent at the right time.  He has led engagements at all levels  of leadership to include from the Manager to the C-Suite levels. 

Prior to his current role, Mr. Bowen served as a Director Business Development and Executive Recruiter for a Boutique Retained Search firm based in Denver, CO.  He was responsible for developing and executing  business in the Industrial and Life Science practice areas.  He managed the client engagements to include driving the upfront recruitment strategy (sourcing, outreach, interviews, offers) as well as all client interaction. He brings over 20 years of recruitment experience.

Chip has been pivotal in helping clients identify the right talent as they look to ensure they have the right leadership that meets their skill, experience and cultural requirements for future profitable growth.

Chip holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
