Chris is part of the EMEA Leadership team in Korn Ferry’s Commercial Effectiveness practice, whose primary focus is delivering predictable and sustainable revenue growth to EMEA Manufacturing companies.

Delivering innovation at scale for everyone has been his passion for the last 30 years, most notably with 2 category creating companies (Salesforce : CRM, Apttus : Quote to Cash). 

Chris is a democratic, inclusive and trust oriented sales leader who thrives on hiring and inspiring high performing teams who deliver the innovation at scale to everyone, deliver business value and impact, win as a team and then do it again. 

Chris’ 3 decades of sales and SaaS Leadership expertise has seen him work in many roles, most notably as a Chief Revenue Officer (Agritech), Global Account Leader (Oil and Gas) and EMEA Head Of Sales (startup to $1.7bn Exit). 

Chris is an Executive Member of Revenue Collective (private members organisation consisting of 2,500+ Global CROs and CMOs) and member of CRO Connected (high-level community and summit series for senior Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders, including Chief Revenue Officers (CROs), across industries).
