Chris is on a mission to help employers unlock the potential of their workforce for the AI age with a passion for creating engaging and rewarding workplaces.
Chris has 18 years of experience in supporting companies across Organizational Design, Process Improvement, Job and Skills Architecture, Employee Experience and Rewards across the public and private sector in EMEA.
He has been the architect and lead on major projects with leading Technology, Consumer Goods and Industrial firms for a leading Human Capital Consulting and Broking firm, where he led the Multinational Segment. Prior to this, Chris was a Commercial Director with a number of data-driven benchmarking and advisory firms in London and Amsterdam.
Chris originally trained as a journalist, before transitioning into consulting.
Chris has been hosting a Global Rewards Director community for a number of years and has been the host of the CHRO Transformation Forum since 2023, as well as speaking at a number of leading HR events, including HR Tech and UNLEASH.
