Mr. Roedermund specializes in identifying top senior executives and search execution across a wide range of consumer as well as industrial businesses, passionate to create additional value for his clients.

He has deep knowledge in the European consumer sector, with a primary focus on top level executive appointments and proven credentials in assessing senior level executives.

One of his major topics is evolving digital transformation initiatives with his clients in the Consumer, Retail and Industrial Sectors.

Mr. Roedermund successfully led engagements for clients ranging in size from large, publicly-held corporations, private equity-owned legal entities up to large mid-size organizations.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Christian was a member of the Global Consumer and Supply Chain Practice at an international executive search firm.

Before Mr. Roedermund spent six years at a leading German boutique search firm where he successfully executed searches in the consumer, automotive energy & utilities and industry sector.

Mr. Roedermund began his career in the Manufacturing industry where he worked as an Internal Consultant and Project Manager on production reengineering and M&A activities.

Mr. Roedermund obtained his degree in Business Administration from TU Dortmund.
