Christina Ahn is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Seoul office and leads the Global Consumer Market in Korea. As a core member of the Korea leadership team, she works closely with local and multinational clients across a diverse range of industries including consumer, technology, professional services and education.
Known for her successful track record in placing senior executives in high-impact cross-border roles, Christina has a reputation for matching clients with leaders who excel in complex, multicultural environments.
With over 20 years of combined experience in executive search and HR consulting, Christina provides clients with unique insights on leadership selection, helping organizations adopt a more strategic and global perspective on talent.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Christina was the Managing Director of a global executive search firm, where she launched and led its Korea office in Seoul, establishing its presence in the Korean market. Earlier in her career, she held consulting roles at Mercer and PwC, specializing in talent assessment, employer branding, and post-M&A integration to support organizations through critical transitions.
A committed advocate for diversity and inclusion, Christina has held leadership roles in various international chambers of commerce, championing initiatives that foster inclusive workplaces. In Korea, her efforts to advance equity in leadership are increasingly relevant as companies strive to attract and retain diverse talent.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and a Master of Science in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania. She also attained candidacy for a doctoral degree at the University of Hong Kong focusing on international education.
