Christine Andrukonis

She brings deep expertise working closely with top teams on strategy, organizational design, leadership development and culture change.

Although Christine has worked across several industries, she has spent much of the last few years focused on helping the world’s most well-known consumer brands and life sciences companies transform to meet the rapidly changing needs of their customers.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Christine served as the North America (NA) Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at a global next-gen consulting firm focused on AI-driven business transformation for large enterprises and private equity portfolio companies. In that role she oversaw the firm’s NA strategy, offerings and thought leadership, and was responsible for client engagement across the US and Canada.

Christine is also the founder of a creative change consultancy she built into a respected partner to iconic organizations such as American Express, Chanel, The Estée Lauder Companies, L’Oréal, LVMH, NBA, NFL, NBCUniversal, Pfizer and Verizon. She sold the company in 2024 and integrated it into the acquiring consulting firm.

During Christine’s early career, she served as an HR leader at Fortune 100 companies, where she designed global talent and performance systems, launched leadership and career development programs, activated new operating models and coached high-potential executives. Her blend of internal experience and external advisory work has informed her pragmatic approach with clients.

Christine has an MS in Organizational Development from American University and a BS in Management from Penn State. She has served as Adjunct Faculty at Cornell University and her work has been highlighted by publications such as Fast Company and CEO World. Most importantly, Christine is a devoted wife, mother of two high-energy teens, and an active member of her community.
