Senior Principal
Christine Emenheiser is a Senior Principal Consultant for Korn Ferry, based in the Firm’s New York office for over 10 years.
Christine leads teams to ensure we meet each client’s unique business challenges and deliver on expectations. Her subject matter expertise includes leadership assessment and development, success profiles, competency modeling, and talent strategy.
She delivers individual assessments and coaching up to the senior executive level, with a primary focus in the pharmaceutical, health care and technology industries. She has led large assessment programs for clients going through significant change and transformation.
She is certified to deliver Korn Ferry’s Leadership Solution and Leadership Potential Assessments, Leadership Styles & Climate, the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, the viaEDGE™ learning agility assessment, as well as simulation-based assessment and coaching.
Earlier in her career, Christine designed and led training and development efforts for Target Corporation for the metro New York area, and has been a founding member of two start-up organizations, helping to launch their business strategies and drive growth, including a residential treatment facility for at-risk youth and a family-owned retail company.
Christine holds a master of arts degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University, Teachers College, and a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Michigan.
