Christine Emenheiser is a Senior Principal Consultant for Korn Ferry and has been a member of the firm’s Assessment & Succession practice for 15+ years.
Christine leads teams to design and deliver assessment and development solutions that are tailored to client strategy and unique business challenges. Her subject matter expertise includes assessment design, success profile development, competency modeling, and assessment and coaching delivery from front line leader to C-suite levels.
Christine works across industries, including pharmaceutical, industrial, technology, and financial services clients.
She is certified to deliver Korn Ferry’s Leadership Solution and Leadership Potential Assessments, Leadership Styles & Climate, the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, and simulation-based assessment.
Earlier in her career, Christine led training and development efforts for Target Corporation for the metro New York area and has worked for multiple start-up organizations, including retail and wilderness therapy industries.
Christine holds a master of arts degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University, Teachers College, and a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Michigan.
