President, Korn Ferry Digital

Christoffer Ellehuus is President and Korn Ferry’s Global Sales Effectiveness Practice Leader.

Mr. Ellehuus leads the firm’s Global Sales Effectiveness Practice, working with Chief Sales Officers and Chief Customer Officers to support sales and service transformations and increasing sales team effectiveness. He also leads the firm’s partnerships with Salesforce and Microsoft as it relates to our sales effectiveness SaaS offering – KF Sell.

Previously Mr. Ellehuus was the CEO of ESI / Strategy Execution - a leading provider of project management and leadership development solutions – that was acquired by Korn Ferry in 2019.

Prior to ESI / Strategy Execution, Mr. Ellehuus spent more than 15 years with the research and advisory firm CEB (later acquired by Gartner). During his tenure with CEB, he served as a Global Sales Leader, Global Head of New Product Development, Managing Director of CEB’s EMEA business (based in London), and as Practice Leader of the HR Advisory subscription business.

Prior to joining CEB, Mr. Ellehuus worked as an economist for the Danish government in various roles related to EU trade and economic integration.

Mr. Ellehuus received an M.A in European Affairs from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium and an M.A. in Political Economy from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
