Christoph has over 20 years of experience in consulting and leading talent management, leadership, culture, strategy and organizational transformation for international financial services, FMCG and life science companies.
His focus areas are Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership, Learning and Development, HR Strategy, HRIT/analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning, Reward as well as Organizational effectiveness, Employee experience, Culture and Organization transformations.
Over the last 10 years Christoph consulted a variety of SMI/DAX/Fortune 500 companies headquartered in Switzerland and Europe. In the last years he has been successful in positioning a leading “Big4 Audit firm” in people consulting, supporting many CHROs, Boards, CEOs and other CXOs in defining an adaptive people and skills approach, creating a meaningful workforce planning and transforming organizations and cultures successfully.
He has built up new consulting fields like skill-based organization, people analytics or talent marketplaces successfully
Christoph has a track record of helping organizations to identify and define the best people strategy, talent management and development strategies based on the business and operation model. He has long experience in designing and transforming organizations, delivering successful post-merger integrations and culture transformations. He has spent half of his career in corporate roles (CHRO, Group head Talent, learning, people strategy) and the other half in consulting which enables him to “walk in the shoes” of his clients.
Christoph holds a Master in Psychology, a Master in Business Administration and an Executive MBA from Stanford University. He is author of numerous articles and books on HR-Strategy, Leadership, Talent Management, HR-IT and Culture and lecturer for International Talent Management at a major Business School. Experience as member of the Board of Directors is an additional asset he offers.
