I’m a Senior Director for Korn Ferry’s Digital business, based in London, United Kingdom. My focus is driving commercial growth within our Reward and Work Measurement solutions (UKI).
I have a passion for helping clients deliver on their goals and to deliver real impact at scale using our digital solutions.
I’ve worked as a reward partner for a large logistics company for more than 10 years, delivering structure and insights which have helped expand their operations throughout the Middle East and Africa.
I also partner with a large industrial equipment and engine manufacturer to retain and develop their existing staff, by establishing career and reward frameworks, drive employee engagement and obtain local market insights using Korn Ferry’s Digital IP.
I have 20 years experience as a trusted reward advisor and commercial leader. My expertise is in account management, business development, sales management, reward, work measurement as well as Korn Ferry’s digital suite.
I currently lead a team of Account Managers & Business Developers who deliver across all business sectors and am responsible for the development & attainment of the Digital commercial strategy.
I’m an experienced account manager for a number of large global organizations and enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to develop innovative solutions to their most pressing issues.
I hold a BSc (hons) in Computing and Management Science from Sheffield Hallam University. I originally joined Hay Group in 2003 as an Analyst within our reward business. I then moved across to Accenture as a Reward Senior Specialist within Accenture’s HR team and performed various roles over that 5-year period. I then rejoined Korn Ferry in 2010 to as the Industrials sector commercial leader, before progressing to my current position as Digital Sales Lead for UKI Reward and Work Measurement.
