For Korn Ferry he leads the German assessment & succession business. Before joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Mât worked for several years as a consultant for one of the leading German talent consultancies and as a human resource associate for PepsiCo Australia in Sydney.
Mr. Mât holds a master in psychology from Humboldt University of Berlin and UWC in South Africa, a systemic coaching certification as well as a business change expert certification and numerous psychometric certifications.
He is fluent in English and German.
