With over a decade at Korn Ferry and previous experience at a leading German talent consultancy and at PepsiCo Australia, Christoph combines strong business acumen with a systemic perspective on leadership. His clients value his ability to create clarity, challenge thinking, and translate strategy into practical leadership action.
Christoph has supported organizations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US. He is particularly passionate about technology-driven change and how it redefines leadership and culture. He has worked with global clients on building leadership pipelines, launching large-scale development journeys, and embedding talent practices that drive transformation.

Christoph holds a Master’s in Psychology (Humboldt University of Berlin & UWC South Africa) and certifications in systemic coaching, business change, and multiple psychometric tools. He is fluent in German and English.
