Cindy Comisky is the Commercial Development Leader for Korn Ferry’s Global Industrial Market where she blends her background in organizational development consulting with her experience in human resources search to quickly understand her clients’ organizational cultures and advise on talent solutions.
Partnering primarily with Fortune 500, mid-cap, private equity, and privately-held industrial organizations, Cindy architects human capital services across all areas of the firm’s capabilities – talent acquisition, organizational strategy, assessment, succession, leadership development, and total rewards.
Prior to her Commercial Development role, Cindy was a leader in Human Resources Search, directing key recruiting assignments and placing senior-level individual contributor up to C-Suite Human Resources talent across a diverse array of industries.
Before her career in talent acquisition, Cindy specialized in organizational development consulting and project management while working within global and boutique management consulting firms in the greater Atlanta and Washington, D.C. areas.
Cindy received a B.S. in Management with a concentration in Human Resources, and a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified PROSCI Change Practitioner. Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, and is learning to stay in her own fairway when golfing.
