Before starting her career in talent search, Ms. Liu began working as a Research and Development professional for a personal care business, then transitioned into a global talent acquisition role for a multinational chemical manufacturer and managed high-volume, cross-boarder global recruitment.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Liu spent 7 years at a publicly-traded British global professional search firm, first in Tokyo where she successfully partnered with word-renowned consumer brands to place best-in-class bilingual professionals. During recent years, she partners with many PE backed, mid-sized innovative consumer and consumer tech businesses that are going through a high growth or a transformative period.

She is well-versed in the Consumer-Packaged Goods and DTC/Ecommerce sectors with functional focuses in Sales, Marketing and Digital. Ms. Liu not only has a track record of placing at world-class organizations, but also is able to identify entrepreneurial and high-potential talent that are an integral part of today’s evolving business environment.

Ms. Liu holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.  She is bilingual in English, Mandarin Chinese and business proficient in Japanese with the JLPT level1 certification.
