Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Sneltjes held leadership positions for twelve years at American Express Financial Advisors. He has a unique blend of operations and HR experience, including roles in organizational effectiveness, contact center management, training and employee development, six sigma, and corporate staffing.
Mr. Sneltjes specializes in helping large organizations connect the business strategy to their talent and leadership strategy. In particular, he consults on talent review, selection, identifying high potential leaders, and assessing and developing individuals and teams. Mr. Sneltjes works in Korn Ferry's CEO Succession practice, and is an executive coach for the Executive to Leader Institute.
Mr. Sneltjes has been a speaker and panelist for organizations and conference audiences, discussing topics related to succession planning and leadership development. He works with organizations in various sectors, including life sciences, industrial, retail, financial services, consumer goods, higher education, and engineering.
Mr. Sneltjes earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas, and a bachelor's degree in English and business administration from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota.
