With both corporate leadership and consulting experience, Craig Sneltjes works with organizations to first define the critical requirements of executive success and then to assess, develop and coach individuals and teams.
He’s an active consultant within Korn Ferry’s Enterprise Leader Institute and Chief Executive Institute; programs designed for leaders moving into C-suite and CEO roles. With a strong belief in the power of purpose, Craig encourages leaders to be deliberate about the integration of values, talents, and aspirations.
Mr. Sneltjes has been a speaker and panelist for organizations and conference audiences, discussing topics related to succession planning and leadership development. He works with organizations in various sectors, including life sciences, industrial, retail, financial services, consumer goods, and health care.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Sneltjes held leadership positions for twelve years at American Express Financial Advisors. He has a unique blend of operations and HR experience, including roles in talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, contact center management, employee development, and six sigma.
Mr. Sneltjes has an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and studied Integral Coaching with New Ventures West in San Francisco, CA. He is a long-time board member of Mind Shift Works; a staffing firm focused on helping companies hire talented people on the autism spectrum.
