With over 20 years in business and HR Cyrus has held leadership roles in consulting organisations with accountabilities in strategic planning, client delivery and marketing metrics.
Cyrus is the Commercial Lead for Korn Ferry’s Assessment and Succession product portfolio.
Cyrus’ professional experience spans the human capital lifecycle with particular expertise in talent assessment, capability, leadership development, employee engagement and career management driven by a commercial focus gained from international experience across multiple industries in the consulting arena.
In addition he has a strong background in account management assisting organisations to achieve their goals within complex environments and across multiple geographies. He leads a number of key accounts in ANZ and APAC.
Whilst working across diverse industry sectors, Cyrus has developed significant experience in the mining, manufacturing, oil & gas, automotive, financial services, government and education sectors and his deep understanding of an organisation’s needs with their unique context ensures he provides a commercial and innovative solution to achieve their goals.
Cyrus holds a Masters of Civil Engineering with Construction Management from the University of Leeds in the UK and a Masters of Enterprise (Executive) from the University of Melbourne.
