Daisy brings a psychologist's standard of evidence to this question, applying a behavioral science lens to problems the AI industry tends to treat as purely technical. That means evaluating whether AI tools create genuine business value rather than just activity, understanding AI's real impact on human work at the right level of precision, and designing AI solutions that align with how people need them to work.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Daisy spent 12 years at Stanford University leading data-driven research initiatives, then moved to Intuit to build its inaugural people research function and lead the people analytics consulting team, partnering directly with C-Suite leaders to translate people data into business strategy.
She holds a PhD in Social and Personality Psychology from Yale University and a BA in Psychology from UCLA.
