Dan is a specialist in placing senior Interim transformation and Programme leaders. With over two decades of experience in helping boards and executive teams design and deliver change.

His extensive background in transformation has honed his ability to drive measurable outcomes for clients, building strong partnerships to ensure organisations are equipped with the right skills to execute their business strategies effectively.

Dan's career began in global HR technology delivery. He later transitioned to a specialist transformation consultancy, gaining experience on both the client and vendor sides. This perspective has equipped him with the expertise to win the trust when partnering with clients, to place business-critical interims.

In his most recent experience, prior to joining Korn Ferry, Dan served as a partner within the interim division of a global executive search firm. In this role, he rebuilt the interim practice across the portfolio, delivering senior interim assignments, consulting/advisory services, and programme management delivery solutions.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human resource management.
