Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Dan served as a Senior Consultant at a leading global executive search firm, where he led high-impact searches for CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs in PE-backed SaaS firms, as well as senior roles in listed Tech companies.

His track record also includes senior appointments for strategy consultancies and international family offices. He began his career as a Summer Associate at a global financial services search firm and as a Global Forum Fellow in Washington D.C., supporting international strategic communication efforts.

Dan studied Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (BA) at the University of Exeter and Finance (MSc) at WHU. Dan is fluent in English, German, and Russian.
