As an experienced curriculum designer and trainer, Ms. Dickson applies her knowledge in developing adult educational programs on a variety of topics such as diversity and inclusion, efficacy, effective communication, and leadership.

Ms. Dickson brings more than twenty years of experience in training, curriculum design, management, and organizational and team development. Her knowledge and skill in reaching all levels of employees, from factory workers to top executives, is unparalleled.

Ms. Dickson is a master trainer who enables Korn Ferry trainers and leads client train-the-trainer certification processes.

Ms. Dickson received an undergraduate degree in speech communications from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
