Darian Rieth

With deep expertise in change management, communications, and strategy, Ms. Rieth partners with leaders to translate ambitious transformation agendas into changes that people understand, embrace, and sustain. Her experience spans culture transformation, employer value proposition, leader and talent initiatives, post-acquisition integration, AI and technology adoption, operating model shifts, and large-scale changes to how and where people work.

Ms. Rieth has a passion for helping organizations foster environments where both employees and businesses can thrive. Known for her collaborative and thoughtful style, she works closely with leaders and teams to bring clarity to complex challenges and move from strategy to action by helping leaders confront roadblocks early and move forward during times of uncertainty. Her experience spans a range of industries, with particular depth in consumer, life sciences, and financial services.

During her career at Korn Ferry, Ms. Rieth has held roles across both consulting and business operations. As Associate Director of Business Technology and Operations, she led enterprise technology transformations and supported the integration of people, processes, and systems through multiple acquisitions. Earlier in her consulting career, she partnered with senior leaders on succession management, CEO services, executive coaching, leadership development, and talent assessment. Prior to Korn Ferry, she worked in the education and nonprofit sectors in instructional design and event management.

Ms. Rieth holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. She received her bachelor’s degrees in Management and Society and Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she spent a semester studying at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in Austria.
