Darian Rieth is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s Organization Strategy practice who provides consulting expertise to clients across a range of business transformation efforts.

Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, including leadership development program launches, office relocations, employer value proposition enhancements, culture transformations, competency implementations, return-to-office strategies, post-acquisition integrations, enterprise systems migrations, talent acquisition strategy updates, and career architecture and compensation adjustments. Ms. Rieth’s holistic approach ensures that clients achieve sustainable and impactful business transformations.

Ms. Rieth has held several roles at Korn Ferry. As the associate director, business technology and operations, she led multiple enterprise systems migrations and facilitated the seamless integration of personnel and systems during several acquisitions.
Prior to the associate director role, Ms. Rieth collaborated with company leaders to successfully execute projects for clients in the finance, healthcare, and retail industries. She partnered with senior leaders to deliver custom solutions in succession management, CEO services, executive coaching, leadership development, and talent assessment. Before joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Rieth worked in the education and non-profit sectors in the areas of instructional design and event management.
Ms. Rieth holds a Master in Business Administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in both Management and Society as well as Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, during which time she spent a semester studying at the Vienna School of Business and Economics in Austria.
