Dave Lindstrom supports the Industrial Markets Practice within Korn Ferry’s retained search offering, based in Minneapolis, MN. 

After years of walking the factory floors and selling industrial filtration products, Dave transitioned into retained search and has specialized in Industrial Sales and Sales Management positions. Since making the transition, he has grown to be one of the top industrial recruiters in the Upper Midwest by being able to understand the specific needs of his clients.

Today Dave boasts over 16 years of retained search experience across the broad based industrial and manufacturing markets. Including specific experiences in, Industrial Automation, Fluid Power, Robotics, Hydraulics, Filtration, Construction, Energy, Motion Control and Industrial Distribution.

Dave holds a bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University where he was a member of the Red Raider baseball team. He actively coaches baseball and can be found at a ballpark or ice rink watching his son or daughter.
