Mr. Finn previously served as Managing Director at Willis Towers Watson in a variety of roles; including Client Relationship Director for global Fortune 100 clients and Office Leader for the New Jersey market.
During that time, he advised clients in matters related to how they manage their human capital including total rewards harmonization, employee engagement and culture and compensation and benefits plan redesign
Mr. Finn also served as the mergers & acquisitions leader for the human capital lead advisor for multiple corporate transactions in the Medical Devices industry.
Dave's recent work with clients includes: HR Function Effectiveness, Fortune 500 Medical Devices company, Finance Function pension plan investment strategy, Fortune 50 Industrial Manufacturer, Executive Compensation consulting, Fortune 1000 Pharmaceutical Manufacturer, Talent Management Strategic review and Fortune 100 Technology Consulting firm.
Mr. Finn has led major change management initiatives in corporate culture and employee engagement including implementing large scale HR technology platforms which impacted management teams in business operating and functional units. His leadership has helped sustain the strategies of Health Care Systems, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Energy, Industrial, Chemical and High-tech organizations globally.
Mr. Finn earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Rutgers University Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Villanova University.
