Dawn Hansen is a Principal for Korn Ferry based in the firm’s San Francisco office.

Ms. Hansen brings over 30 years of experience in facilitation and curriculum design to the firm. She has led over 3900 seminars throughout the Americas, Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Australia.

Ms. Hansen's approach to work is always client centric. She focuses on building and expanding relationships both internally and externally add great value to any client engagement or internal interactions with colleagues. Her ability to approach problems and business situations is always collaborative and with positive intent which lead to successful outcomes.

Ms. Hansen has a broad range of experience delivering and designing curriculum for diverse audiences. Her areas of expertise include the firm's core offerings of talent management, leadership, and communication. Not only has she delivered seminars on these topics but certified many instructors as well. As technology changes, so has she, working hard to stay ahead, developing webinars and online training programs.

Ms. Hansen energetic teaching style provides a very dynamic, interactive and creative learning experience. Her seminar participants walk away inspired, motivated, and challenged with tools to make significant improvements at work.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Hansen worked as a facilitator for 12 years in the retail sales industry. There she had opportunities to instruct on subjects such as marketing strategies, sales, communications, business management, staff relations, and customer service.
