As a leader, Deanne possesses many years experience leading large teams of over 200 people in Australia, Asia, the UK, Europe and the Americas.

In her current role as Vice President – RPO, Deanne is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of a portfolio of RPO solutions and projects across Korn Ferry’s Australian client-base, including Westpac.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Deanne was responsible for overseeing the implementation and ongoing leadership of the Macquarie RPO account with another RPO provider. 

This was full RPO solution, inclusive of a managed service provider solution for contingent hiring, and recruiting all roles up to and including Director level hiring. Deanne was responsible for the performance of the account within all 4 regions (Australia / New Zealand, Asia, EMEA and the Americas).  Deanne maintained this role for the first 4.5 years of the relationship prior to her maternity leave in 2016.

Deanne’s extensive RPO knowledge and experience includes strategy, solution design, change management and implementation, large scale recruitment project leadership, operational leadership and continuous improvement.

Deanne holds Post Graduate qualifications in Human Resources, specialising in Industrial Relations from RMIT. Outside of her role at Korn Ferry, Deanne enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and 4 year old daughter Madison.
