Senior Managing Director
Deb Gordon is a Senior Managing Director with Korn Ferry Industry Solutions. She is at the forefront working with healthcare and manufacturing clients to address critical initiatives and open positions through an “executives on demand” model. This has proven to be a strategic lever for business agility when needs for Interims and experience-based talent arise.
Deb is known as Connector and trusted Advisor to Leadership teams and Boards. She has a genuine and authentic approach that brings substance to long term relationships to create mutual benefit. Deb enjoys being a thought partner who inspires new thinking and invites clients to see white space as well as adopt innovative solutions.
Prior to Korn Ferry’s acquisition of Patina, Deb was a Business Development Director of National Accounts for Johnson Controls’ Healthcare Energy Efficiency and Global Workplace Solutions Division. As Region Director for General Electric Healthcare’s Performance Solutions team, Deb worked with national healthcare leaders to solve their most complex cost, quality and access challenges.
Early in her career, Deb served in sales and alliance marketing roles at NCR and AT&T focused on enterprise-wide computing and communications solutions. She was a Contributing Member to the Minnesota Health Information Exchange’s Technology Standards Committee.
Deb is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Women Business Leaders of the US Healthcare Industry and Women’s Health Leadership TRUST. She serves on the Gillette Children’s Hospital Board – Philanthropy Committee. Prior Board service includes National Board Chair of Free Bikes for Kidz, ACHE-MN (Regent Award Recipient) as well as Children’s Cancer Research Fund Board of Directors.
Deb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa. Committed to sustainability, she earned certification as a LEED Green Associate to assist clients and communities on the ESG journey.
