As an innovation and collaboration-oriented consultant, Dipak has over 15 years of global experience in management consulting and technology. He specializes in unleashing the full potential of organizations and driving growth by optimizing strategy and customer experience through human capital. He has authored numerous articles, a speaker at various industry conferences as well as an advisor to a few tech start-ups.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Dipak spent close to 12 years at  Gallup Inc. with his most recent role as Executive Director, Advisory Services. He was involved in advising clients across industries for Culture, Strategy, Leadership, Customer Centricity, Organizational and Talent development in the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia. He also actively mentored consultants for their growth and to deliver client impact. Before Gallup, Dipak has pursued technology and management roles at Accenture in Slovakia and a tech Startup in the Czech Republic.

Dipak has an international MBA from Tsinghua University in China and MIT Sloan School of Management in the U.S. He received his bachelor's degree in electronics and communication engineering and a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Madras, India. Additionally, he holds a master’s degree in management of information systems from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden. He strongly believes in continuous learning and is currently pursuing a J.D. program at the Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
