Dirk Oosterlinck is a Director within Korn Ferry’s EMEA Project based Technology Solutions team. He supports clients across sectors with advisory and consultancy on major transformation, growth, and performance improvement projects.

Mr. Oosterlinck brings a broad and diverse background across business, public service, consultancy, and healthcare. He started his career in marketing & sales roles at AC Nielsen and Sopres before joining McKinsey as a strategy consultant. He worked as vice Chief of Staff for the Belgian Federal Government and subsequently moved into general management roles at bpost, Easyfairs and Mensura, where he led major initiatives in corporate transformation. In addition, he co-founded Zembro, a digital health start-up focused on elderly care.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Oosterlinck was a Partner at a boutique interim management firm. 

He serves as a non-executive board member at several organizations, including Women on Board, Wit-Gele Kruis, Cycle Valley, and Hachiko.

Mr. Oosterlinck holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from Ghent University, a postgraduate degree in Marketing from Vlerick Business School, and an Advanced Executive MBA from INSEAD.

He is fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
