He has 12+ years of experience as a strategy consultant, serving financial services clients. He particularly worked with leading global insurance companies in Germany, Switzerland, UK, and South Africa.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Dominik worked for several top-tier strategy consultancies.

After studies in Ingolstadt (Germany), Madrid (Spain) and Dunedin (New Zealand), Dominik graduated in Business Administration and holds a Diploma from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. He is fluent in English and German.

Dominik has a broad range of organization strategy experience in the insurance industry:

• Operating model design for a leading South African insurer after separation from UK-based holding including definition of the role of the corporate centre
• Development of a new target operating model for the EMEA and Germany organization of a leading global insurance broker organization
• Front-to-back operating model design for a commercial lines insurer in the UK
• Cost reduction program and new operating model design for the German subsidiary of a global insurance company after combination of Life and P&C entities
• Efficiency programs for several leading insurance companies in Europe
