Senior Client Partner, Advisory

Ed Brady is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Organization Strategy Consulting practice. Based in Chicago, Mr. Brady is a member of the C-Suite Impact Accelerator solution offering and is responsible for developing and leading the CHRO Impact Accelerator offering. 

Ed is a global human capital advisor with extensive experience building, transforming and leading proactive human resources functions in complex public and private organizations.  He has impactfully guided executive teams in formulating organizational change and talent management initiatives aligned to strategic business objectives.  As a C-Suite executive and management consultant he has partnered with leadership teams to align organizational strategy with leadership talent, purpose and the key priorities of the business.

Ed is valued by clients and executive teams for his understanding of the intersection of human capital strategy, enterprise leadership and business operations.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ed was a partner with a boutique consultancy providing strategic human capital and organizational advisory services.  He previously served as the CHRO for Ventas, Inc., a S&P 500 healthcare REIT, and as Chief People Officer for both PE-owned consultancy Stroz Friedberg LLC, as well as publicly traded Diamond Management & Technology Consultants Inc., where he was also a Partner in the management consulting business in both the US and Europe.

Earlier in his career, Ed served as an advisor to private equity on human capital deal due diligence and began his career at Andersen Consulting in systems integration and change management.

Mr. Brady earned his M.B.A. degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with concentrations in management & strategy, marketing and  international business, and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Georgetown University.
