Senior Client Director & Solution Architect, Leadership & Professional Development

Edward (Ed) is a Senior Client Director & Solution Architect for Leadership & Professional Development with Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s Dubai office.

With 20+ years of experience in Leadership and Professional Development, Ed has worked extensively across diverse, multicultural environments in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa on transformational leadership programs at all levels. 

His focus is helping clients to assess and understand their leadership challenges, then implement strategic, focused development programs to build the critical skillsets and mindsets needed to navigate the complexity of work today.  From high touch to high-scale, he utilizes Korn Ferry’s digital learning technology to design and implement programs for transformative leadership development at scale.

Working with clients such as BP, ASML, NNPC, GE, Saudi Aramco, Nakheel, Tawal, and British Airways, he gained essential insights into the complexity of leading organizations today and the key new leadership capabilities leaders require to perform and transform. 

Ed played a central role in the launch of a major Adaptive Leadership development curriculum, co-created with Duke Corporate Education, which he introduced to many organizations in the EMEA region and as a result developed specialist expertise in identifying the adaptive capabilities organizations need to develop in order to successfully execute their strategies.

He moved to the Middle East in 2008 where he has worked with local government organizations, multi-nationals and privately owned entities.   During this time, Ed led the implementation of major Social Investment projects for BP in the Caspian region, working closely with BP Senior Leadership their partners to develop project management and adaptive leadership capability  for over 1,500 local citizens

Since joining Korn Ferry in 2019, Ed played a major role in growing the Leadership & Professional Development business and recently transitioned to bring his depth of content expertise to a new role as a Solution Architect.

Ed has a BSc in Communication and Media Studies from Loughborough University in the UK, has a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and is Certified on the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect competency framework.
