Senior Client Partner

Edward Dinsmore is a Senior Client Partner covering Organisational Strategy within the Industrial Practice. He is based in Korn Ferry's London office covering Europe the Middle East and Africa.

Mr. Dinsmore has a background in reimagining organisations most strategic challenges, with a track record of following them through by delivering large scale transformation within the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2019, Mr. Dinsmore was a civilian member of the Board of the British Army, responsible for Army Reform. He led a back office transformation, driving some £800m of efficiency in an array of areas including HR services, infrastructure and utilities, and white fleet; alongside ownership of the wider portfolio of change and innovation. He set up the UK Defence Digital Service and drove thinking about how to respond to the impact of digital disruption in Defence.

He previously led the turn around of the UK Electronic Monitoring Programme (part of the critical national infrastructure) and the Transforming Youth Custody Programme (a coalition Government priority).

Prior to his time in the Public Sector, Mr. Dinsmore was a big 4 management consultant specializing in technology turnarounds, across a number of sectors, all around the world.

Mr. Dinsmore read History of Art and Architecture at the University of Manchester and is an Honorary Professor at the Institute of Strategy and Security at Exeter University.
