She spends the majority of her time finding the right talent and management for Portfolio Companies, when timing for major investments is critical. Geographically, Eileen is recruiting for companies headquartered in the DACH region (Germany / Austria / Switzerland) across all sectors.
Eileen looks back on more than 12 years of professional experience, having worked for other leading international Executive Search firms and most recently heading the CFO Practice in a European Private Equity Advisory company. Prior to joining the SHREK, she was a Manager at Amazon.
Eileen holds a diploma in International Business Administration from Vienna University of Economics, London School of Economics and Université Paris Dauphine and is fluent in German, English and French.
