With over 20 years of experience, she has a strong background in assessments, engagement surveys, and organizational diagnostics, integrating different perspectives from the HR ecosystem to support medium- and long-term decision-making in organizations across various industries.

An engagement specialist, she has developed studies highlighting the impact of leadership on employee engagement, leading executive discussions to identify critical priorities for implementing organizational strategy. With a strong focus on organizational diagnostics, she is dedicated to understanding human behavior at work and promoting higher performance through inspiring leadership.

She supports companies on topics such as culture alignment, talent development, process and cross-functional integration, communication optimization, identification of training needs, and strengthening consistency in management practices.

She holds a degree in Business Administration, is a native Portuguese speaker, and has intermediate English proficiency.
