Previously with a distinguished global advisory firm, Ms. Schroeter led a major performance alignment project for the largest sales force expansion in U.S. pharma history, engaging and energizing thousands of sales professionals. She has led large-scale multi-million-dollar M&A initiatives through change management, functional transformation, and the design and launch of total rewards programs, products and organizational communications.

Schroeter is valued by colleagues and clients alike for her conceptual and analytical thinking combined with business acumen, international fluency, and a keen focus on creating value and competitive advantage. Schroeter earned her MBA from Temple University with a concentration in international business and human resources. She holds a Master’s Certificate in European economics from the Europa Institute at the University of Saarland in Germany and graduated from the University of Benin’s School of Business in Nigeria with a bachelor’s degree in economics and statistics. Schroeter served on the Willis Towers Watson Canada Board from 2016-2019 and is currently a Member of the HR Committee of the Board of the Foundation of the Jewish General Hospital in Montréal.
