She has worked on roles from manager, director, VP & executive level. While her industry expertise is versatile, she excels within professional services, technology and hospitality.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Elle was Vice President of Permanent Placement for Robert Half’s marketing & creative contingent search team in NYC. She began on the sourcing end, developing a high understanding of the market landscape and hiring strategies to create competitive packages for companies to bring in top talent. During her tenure at Robert Half she was promoted four times, with her final role as the VP of Permanent Placement where she developed over a $1 million book of business

She does this by understanding the company’s long-term objectives, key vacancies and then matching it with top talent’s long term professional goals. She puts efficient & streamlined interview processes for clients & candidates in place to ensure a controlled placement process, resulting in fill rates within a month. She brings a combination of market intelligence & empathetic nature to create a positive hiring experiences and targeted solutions for all parties involved.

Elle grew up in Monument, Colorado and has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a double minor in Business & Economics from The University of Arizona. She has lived in Denver, Washington DC, NYC & now Austin TX!
