Within Korn Ferry’s Assessment & Succession and Leadership Development practice, I manage a portfolio of complex projects from initiation through execution, ensuring seamless delivery for both local and global clients. I lead the implementation of scalable processes for assessment launches, reporting, and participant scheduling—supporting programs with over 200 VP-level leaders. My expertise includes success profile development, 360 assessments for leadership development, and translating insights into actionable presentations and implementation plans. I engage closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive process efficiency, maintain program scope and SLAs, and ensure consistent client satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship management.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2020, I worked under the Chief of Staff at an IT recruiting firm, where I gained foundational experience in applicant tracking systems, recruiting operations, and core HR practices. It was in this role that I developed a deep interest in the human capital space, leading me to pursue a role at Korn Ferry.
