Over her 15+ year career in executive search, Ms. Petrone has completed hundreds of engagements across the broad spectrum of the life sciences industry, including medical devices, pharmaceutical products, biotechnology, diagnostics, and consumer healthcare. Her clients include Fortune 100, pre-IPO, start-up and privately-held companies.
Ms. Petrone's primary focus for the last five years has been in the broad, cross-industry recruitment of human resources executives including Chief Human Resources Officers, Divisional HR Leaders and Talent Management and Total Rewards Leaders.
She has significant experience working across major global accounts to provide broad human capital thought leadership.
Ms. Petrone's functional expertise in human resources was gained through an earlier career in organization design, development and effectiveness consulting at Andersen Consulting where she was a Manager in the Change Management Practice. She had client project experience ranging from organization design and development, process reengineering, change planning, and program management.
Ms. Petrone has had formal training in behavioral and skill assessment interviewing, project management and change management.
Ms. Petrone holds a bachelor's degree in history from Haverford College.
