Over her 30-year career, Emilie’s expertise has uniquely crossed executive search and human capital consulting. She has completed hundreds of engagements for a broad range of clients and industries crossing Fortune 100, private equity and start-up companies. As a member of Korn Ferry’s CEO Succession Practice, she has partnered with numerous clients on CHRO and CEO succession. She has significant experience providing broad human capital thought leadership to leading global organizations.
A meaningful part of Emilie’s career has been developing long-term, trusted partnerships. Her executive search practice has been focused in the cross-industry recruitment and assessment of Chief Human Resources Officers and she often helps to build their future teams. She has been Korn Ferry’s Global Relationship Leader for Johnson & Johnson, a role which crosses the firm’s full talent management offering, for over a decade.
Emilie’s experience in human capital consulting and talent strategy started early in her career when she was a member of Andersen Consulting’s Change Management Practice. Her client experience ranged from organization design and development, business transformation, and change planning.
She has been an Office Managing Partner and a member of Korn Ferry’s Global Promotions Committee for over a decade and enjoys developing a future generation of talent.
Emilie holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Haverford College. She has had formal training in behavioral and experience interviewing, change management and succession planning. She lives in Princeton, New Jersey with her husband and two sons.
