Emilie Petrone

Managing Partner

Emilie Petrone is the Managing Partner of Korn Ferry’s Princeton office and a member of the firm’s Global Life Sciences Practice and Human Resources Center of Expertise.

Ms. Petrone is Korn Ferry’s Global Account Leader for Johnson & Johnson, a role which crosses the firm’s full integrated talent management offering.

Over her 20+ year career in executive search, she has completed hundreds of engagements.  Her clients include Fortune 100, pre-IPO, start-up and privately-held companies. She is a member of Korn Ferry’s CEO Succession practice and has helped numerous clients on CEO and CHRO succession.

Ms. Petrone has significant experience providing broad human capital thought leadership to leading global organizations.

Her focus for the last ten years has been on cross-industry recruitment of human resources executives including Chief Human Resources Officers, Divisional HR Leaders, Chief Diversity Officers, and Talent Management and Total Rewards Leaders. Ms. Petrone’s experience in human resources and talent strategy started early in her career when she was a member of Andersen Consulting’s Change Management Practice. She had client project experience ranging from organization design and development, business transformation, and change planning.

Ms. Petrone holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Haverford College. She has had formal training in behavioral and experience interviewing, change management and succession planning.
