Her work spans high-growth sectors including software engineering, machine learning, and robotics, where she excels in delivering results for hard-to-fill and niche leadership roles.
With more than fifteen years of experience in technical recruitment and team leadership, Mrs. Davies brings a proven ability to bridge complex engineering disciplines with strategic business objectives. She combines deep technical fluency with a data-driven, consultative approach — enabling her clients to build resilient, future-ready teams that drive innovation and digital transformation.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mrs. Davies spent four years at Amazon, leading recruitment for Software Development Engineering and Technical functions across North America. She played a pivotal role in scaling high-impact technical teams, training and mentoring sourcing recruiters, and exceeding hiring targets worldwide.
Before Amazon, she spent six years at Under Armour, where she led corporate and digital recruiting for Product, Marketing, and Engineering organizations, building the company’s technical talent foundation during a period of rapid digital growth. Earlier in her career, Mrs. Davies held progressive talent acquisition roles with Brown Advisory, ARINC, and Apex Systems, gaining exposure across the technology, financial services, and aerospace industries.
Mrs. Davies earned both her Master of Science in Human Resources Development and Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Mass Communications from Towson University. She is based in Annapolis, Maryland, and is passionate about helping technology-driven organizations grow through exceptional leadership and talent alignment.
