Emily has over 21 years experience working in leadership, talent management and assessment having worked in both internally focused L&D/OD roles and in externally focused roles managing relationships with clients to address their ongoing talent and business needs.
She joined Korn Ferry in 2015 and spent time leading the Products Business for ANZ before moving into the Leadership Practice in 2019. Emily has worked with a range of clients – large resources and utilities groups, oil and gas, financial services and government.
Emily’s expertise is in leadership development, assessment and coaching. She is passionate about creating and implementing talent management strategies that drive the achievement of business goals.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Hons) from La Trobe University and is a registered Psychologist. She is accredited in a range of psychometric assessments including the Korn Ferry and SHL suite.
