Emily Woodward

Emily brings more than two decades of executive search and leadership consulting experience, partnering with clients across Asia and globally to identify, assess, and develop senior leadership talent. She has supported organizations across a broad range of industries, with particular expertise in Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Risk, and Compliance leadership appointments.

Emily began her executive search career in London before relocating to Asia over twenty years ago. Having lived and worked in both Hong Kong and Bangkok, she has advised multinational corporations, regional businesses, and local market leaders on executive talent, succession, and leadership strategy across diverse markets.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Emily led the Asia CFO and Legal, Risk & Compliance practices for a leading global executive search firm.

In addition to her client work, she chaired the firm's Global Inclusion Council, championing initiatives that advanced diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.

Throughout her career, Emily has built trusted relationships with senior executives, supporting critical leadership appointments at both regional and global levels. Her broad industry experience, combined with deep functional expertise, enables her to help clients navigate complex talent challenges and build high-performing leadership teams that drive sustainable business success.

Emily is passionate about developing future leaders and has served as a mentor for The Women's Foundation's Mentoring Programme for Women Leaders in Hong Kong, supporting the advancement of women in leadership. She holds a degree in English Language & Literature from the University of Southampton and speaks conversational Thai.
